I sent in a rebate request on 4-17-24 and have not received any acknowledgement of receipt since.  Is that normal?  I see other complaints in this forum about never receiving anything until the BBB is contacted, but I would hope it doesn't need to come to that at this point. 

 

Can someone provide some information?

Sure, I can.

 

It only takes about a phone call to support every other two days and for you to try and submit multiple requests to a support system that apparently has no idea how to track this.


If that doesn't put the "Risk Free" in this, I don't know what does.

Yeah I figured as much.  Was kind of hoping some support person would weigh in here and give me some info on who to call every two days...
