HP ProBook 450 G1
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I try to access HP Client Security but the software freezes (the wheel keeps spinning and goes nowhere) after puting in Windows password and enter.  Once clicking around, the program crashes and the dialog box saying HP Client Security is not responding appears.

The program needs to be uninstalled before I can upgrade to Windows 10.  However, I cannot do this directly from the control panel as it asks me to uninstall HP Drive Encryption first. Once I tried to uninstall the HP Drive Encription, it asks me to disable the program via HP Client Security first. Since I cannot access HP Client Security, it seems that I cannot uninstall both softwares and hence, cannot upgrade to Windows 10.

If anyone can suggest either how to make HP Client Security accessible or how to uninstall HP Drive Encryption without the need of accessing HP Client Security first will be very much grateful.
