HP Recommended
Product: Probook 650 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have installed HP hotkey support on our new model of laptop (Probook 650G2). But it does not adjuct the brightnessvia the FN keys.

 

We are using Windows 7 Enterprise. I have tried different versions of the hotkey support software but still wont work. The volume keys work fine. All the drivers are upto date with HP support assistant.
