Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs161sa - blue marine

Hi I've just broke the bottom base chassis of my HP Notebook - 15-bs161sa - blue marine laptop, where can I buy an official hp replacement bottom base chassis ? And is this something I can do myself or should I go to a repairs shop?

Unfortunately I can’t read the part number & I can’t scan the code is there any other way to identify the part number ?
