Product: HP ProBook 4520s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My Microsoft Lumia 532 Dual Sim mobile when connected to my ProBook via a USB 2 port (also USB 3) is not seen by Windows 10 as a device. My Windows has all known updates. My Lumia 532 runs Windows Phone 8.1 Update. I urgently need to back up the contacts on my mobile (possibly using PhoneCopy) . Could this be caused by a USB driver for the ProBook not being up to date? If so where do I go to, to download the latest driver? Or are there special settings either on the Lumia or in Windows which enable USB commincation? Ideas desperately needed please! Many thanks...
