Product: HP RP2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Our product is using HP RP2 as touch screen terminal. After entering the application, if we click around a lot about the scrolling bar or the arrows, the scrolling will go opposite of the touch, but if we insert a input mouse, the cursor will be working fine, so I think it's because of the one of the touchings doesn't get released and make the scrolling bar not be touched at the right place.
Can someone help me identify and solve this issue?
Thanks
