Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp Support Assistant on my desktop or my laptop will not detect the other machine.  They are both on the same network.  Both are HP machines. Both are running Windows 10.  Is the normal.  I would kind of like to monitor my desktop with my laptop when I am away from home.

The behavior you describe is normal -- the HP Support Assistant is a "per computer" program, that is, each HPSA program resides and keeps track of just the one computer on which the program is installed.
