Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm starting a new thread on this because it's 2016 and people like me are still having problems upgrading to Windows 10 1511 update.

Currently my Windows update "we could not uninstal these apps" window says I need to delete HP Client Security Manager and HP ProtectTools Security Manager.

OK This screen shows up AFTER I already installed the LATEST Client Security manager [the EXE file is sp74101.exe]

This installation did NOT delete the old HP security programs like some have been saying.

I CANNOT Delete the old ProtectTools Security Manager because I cannot delete the device access manager program. A red User Account Control window opens telling my I CANNOT delete that program. So i installed a third party uninstaller and deleted the program that way. When I restarted my computer, THERE WAS NO LOG IN OPTIONS!!! I had to go into safe mode and restore my computer.

This issue is getting very grievous and I cannot find solutions. I NEED solutions to get this Windows update installed, and if possible deleting all my HP security programs without ruining my computer log in and fingerprint ability. I've already read tons of blogs about this but the information is unclear, scattered, and often doesn't work for me.
