I reset my laptop and now it "does not start correctly"

Product Name: HP Pavilion ?
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I reset my laptop because I had a lot of unwanted files on it and it was not running as well as it did. I looked it up and everyone said it was fine. I restarted it and it now says "Automatic repair. Your pc did not start correctly" and gives me the option to restart or go to advanced settings. I restarted and it didn't work. What should I do?

Hi,

Please perform extensive hard drive and memory tests from System Diagnostics UEFI: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03467259

If everything PASSED,
Please do a Repair install of Windows 10: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html

You've to create Windows 10 Home installation USB using Microsoft windows media creation tool for this.
