Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I bought my HP Notebook about a month ago. I've made no changes and done nothing to the computer except give it light duty use.

The battery is fully charged and there appears to be no problem there.

I unplugged it a couple days ago and used it with no issue. It was the first time I'd used it without the power plug. Then, last night when I unplugged the power plug the computer shut down immediatly. It continues to shut down when unplugged and cannot be powered up no mater what I try.

I've tried a few minor power setting options that I read on forums but now have reset back to default options. Still nothing.

I would appreciate some help on this issue. Thanks in advance!

Audrey
