HI Rainbow 23!
Thanks for your help i have windows 7 home premium 64b bit service pack 1. i have continued to attempt to connect my phone and it still tells me i need to update the mobile phone driver and when i click the prompt it gives me this message :
- Your computer was unable to download the solution at this time. Check to make sure your computer is connected to the Internet, and then try to download the solution again later.
which is weird because I am connected to the internet. I reallt hope you can help i am extremely frustrated as I never had a problem dowloading pictures from my phone to my laptop before.

This issue could occur if the Apple updates are not installed on the phone.
