Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My battery stops charging when it gets to 77% even though it is still plugged in, I did not limit the charge capacity nor does the system even have the capability to do that as it seems. 

I have tried the following; 

Searching for update on the device manager front as it relates to battery,

Trying to open component test on BIOS but I am being blocked by a password screen, a password I have no idea of.
