Hi, My function key is not working which is why i am not been able to increase or decrease volume, brightness control etc. I have already seen some videos and tried disabling it from BIOS. But still its not working. Can you Please suggest any driver for that.

Welcome to HP Forums! I have read your post and wanted to help.
I understand that the function keys on your laptop does not work. Please try to re-install the HP System Event Utility: sp76383.exe
