Need BIOS password for Compaq Mini CQ10 -

I have removed the laptop battery, lifted keyboard and removed CMOS battery.  Left it in that state for 30 minutes with no power.  Reinstalled both batteries, I still receive a prompt for password at the BIOS screen. 

Please help.    Service Tag CQ10-120CA  CNU0073RDT

My situation is similar: there is an System Halted error when booting, that sends me back to BIOS but is locked by the password.

It's a Compaq Mini CQ10

Model: CQ10-120CA

SN: [Personal Information Removed]

PN: WA659UA#ABC
