Product: EliteBook 8460p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased a new battery installed in my elitebook 8460p and it wont charge not even detecting there is no light, however if I install only the battery the laptop starts but not taking the charge

 

Please help...
