Not letting me log on to my account

Product Name: HP pavilion 15.6 intel core i3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I've been trying to log in for hours but all that comes up is a temporary log in and it says that I should try signing out and signing back in and nothing happens? I've also tried pressing f8 when starting it back up and nothing happens ?

This is a common problem with Win10, and while the cause is unknown, there are ways to fix this:  http://www.top-password.com/blog/fix-temporary-profile-error-in-windows/
