I am complaining as it should be 12 months subscription but the expiry date is 1st June 2016. I am based in the UK, part of the deal was Office 365 package for 12 months.

Hi,
Im wondering why youve been passed to different departments. Are you looking to buy a subscription for 0ffice 365? Or complaining that it will only last 1st June next year?
If you want to buy a subscription for office 365 heres the number

Hi,
Thats explains it why uve been transferred from one department to another.
So there are a couple of things I would like to ask in order for you to get to the right track.
part of the deal was Office 365 package for 12 months.
-Who mentioned about a deal? Is it from HP Online store? Or from where you purchased it? If you were told something about a deal for 12 months then you should have a product id number for MS Office 365. If dont have a product id number then you should go back to where you purchased it.
Regards,
Norman
