Product: HP Laserjet M1132

Suddenly the printer jams after picking up the paper from the tray, after about 5cm.  No other paper in the machine.  Have tried switching off @ mains, but makes no difference.

Hello, look at the edge of the paper, does it look like there is rubbing marks on it? If so, that might be an issue with the rollers.
