Notebook Part/Model no : HP Pavilion Notebook 15-au111TX
Gifts not recieved : HP wired Headset, Wireless Speakers, 1TB Hard Disk Part of my gifts are not recieved. The company said that you'll get it within a month (30Days). But now that month is over and the gifts are not even dispatched yet. I already tried to contact redemption support through mails several times about the delivery of the product but I always get the same system generated reply that you will get your product within 30days.. And now It seems to be fraud to me done by HP to just sell their products (since i am out of patience). On the other hand the delivery services by redemption support is not so transparent. There is no means of contacting a customer care in person. I dont understand this that if hp cant fullfill the offers they make (which are paid one - I have paid Rs.3500) then why do they promote offer then??? Is this not way to dupe people?? Hope someone from hp will look into this and will not take another 1 month to reply... Contact mail id -

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
