HP Recommended
Product: HP Probook 4540s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I usedthefingerprint scanner sometime back and disabled it and used a password. Now i activated the fingerprint scanner again and when trying to login,it requires both my passwordand fingerprint password. When I typed both theere comes an error message saying "Bad data". Please help 🙂
