Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Good morning:

 

For everything I have read in your forum regarding the USB Controller Driver problem, it sound like is pretty prevalent! I have a HP Pavilion G4-2235dx with Windows 7 64bit Operating System. I have tried many USB Controller Drivers and none of them have work.

 

Does anyone have any suggestion?

Hi:

 

You won't find the USB controllers for your notebook on the HP consumer notebook support site.

 

I don't know which ones you tried, but you need to install the AMD Chipset drivers to install the USB and SMBus controllers.

 

Download and install the 1st driver on the webpage below, and restart the PC.
