Product: Hp Pavilion g6-2202sl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After the update from 8.1 to Windows 10, my bluetooth disappeared. I've tried everything. It seems there isn't anymore Bluetooth in my PC. Am I to buy a Bluetooth dongle and install it, or this could cause damage? Thank you

Hi,

 

Are you sure your machine had Bluetooth ? The specs does not say that

It is ok to use any USB Bluetooth adapter/dongle.
