HP Recommended
Product: HP Probook 450 3G
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My right hand shift key has stopped working and instead jumps the computer to a new windows tab.  I transcribe for a living, so this is incredibly disruptive.  I have spent hours looking for an answer on the net.  Please help urgently.
