HP Recommended
Product: HP 250 G5 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After recovering from 'sleep mode' (raise the lid and hit any key to open screen)  I click on the power icon but it will not show me 'shut down' option so that i can shut down without signing in again.

 

When I 'right click' the icon shows all the power options, but will now let me use any of them to initiate action.
