Product: HP 250 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I have attempted to change some options in "device settings" in the "Mouse" options on your HP 250 G4 laptops. When I attempt to do this i am notified of a driver issue and the settings window crashes. This is immediatly after I have started up the laptop out of the box. Eventually, I am able to change the settings i need to after multiple attempts before the window crashes and is closed. I hope this issue is resolved with future products.
