Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello dear, 

 

i have problem. My synaptics touchpad doesnt work. I tried uninstall mouse driver and reinstall but still doesnt work. I didnt know what uninstall firt if synaptics in programs or driver of mouse.
