Hi,
I'm trying to update BIOS using flash drive. I've downloaded the BIOS update and created the Recovery USB flash drive. Now when I boot into Flash drive and select the option "Select BIOS Image To Apply" it shows the list of Images. But none of them matches with my System board ID
The images I can see are: 080C1, 080C6, 080CD and 08135.
Where as my System Board ID is 80C2. So I need image 080C2 in list.
I am following instructions from this URL
Thanks

Hello

I have the same problem. The solution is very simple. In downloaded bios file (newest one is sp84099.exe) you have file Insydeflash.exe, and in that file you have file platform.ini. There is many information, but most important is this one:

[MULTI_FD]
Flag=1
FD#01=PCI,0,0,0,2e,ffff0000,80C10000,080C1.FD
FD#02=PCI,0,0,0,2e,ffff0000,80C20000,080C1.FD
FD#03=PCI,0,0,0,2e,ffff0000,80C30000,080C1.FD
FD#04=PCI,0,0,0,2e,ffff0000,80C40000,080C1.FD
FD#05=PCI,0,0,0,2e,ffff0000,80C50000,080C6.FD
FD#06=PCI,0,0,0,2e,ffff0000,80C60000,080C6.FD
FD#07=PCI,0,0,0,2e,ffff0000,80CD0000,080CD.FD
FD#08=PCI,0,0,0,2e,ffff0000,81350000,08135.FD
FD#09=PCI,0,0,0,2e,ffff0000,81360000,08135.FD

As you can see for yourself, matching bios for 80C2 is 080C1.FD

Let us know have you succeeded to update the bios.

Best regards
Wapo
