HP Recommended

I have an Envy x360, the laptop is several years old, but working pretty well, however, recently my two finger scrolling stopped working.   

I went to touchpad settings and the only option there now is touchpad sensitivity. 

I have tried updating the driver, rolling back the driver, and uninstalling the driver.  none of it seemed to help. 

 

I did turn on and off tablet mode briefly and got 2 finger scrolling to work for a period of time, but the settings did not return.  after a computer restart, the two finger scrolling stopped again.  

 

Any assistance on getting the settings back is welcome at this point, thank you in advance!
