Product: TPN-C125
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I lately bought a new hp laptop without windows software . Then i installed windows 7 ultimate on it then the system drivers from a driver pack cd . But when i connect a usb to the port it's like i never did and when i connect a mouse it passes electricity but the desktop doesn't detect it . When i open ' MANAGE MY COMPUTER " and enter to the drivers , i find only one driver for the usb and it's called " intel R usb controller " but find 6 or seven in other laptops , i think the problem is in missing drivers for usb root hubs . Please help me solve this problem
