Hi,
Is it an HP 15-ba019rn or HP 15-ba019nr. HP has many laptop models/products therefore I think reviewers can not review all of them specially many products are only available in some markets even some stores.
The machine you are checking may be ONLY available at army exchange store(s) with special specs, special price .... and normal people can't get to army exchange store(s) to review.

From my view, this is an entry/low specs/cheap machine just for viewing internet, email and light office works.
