Windows Hello not working on HP EliteBook Folio G1

I have a new HP EliteBook Folio G1 (M5 6Y54)

One of the reasons I decided to buy this model is that in several publications is stated that it supports windows Hello face-recognition. Please see the links below:

It says "forget about passsords... use windows hello face-recoginition..."

I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro.

Unfortunately this does not work.

I have the exact same problem...

When we go to the site HP, we see ads that announce that the pc works with windows hello.
I have already searched and communicated with HP, they said it was not compatible.

I think it's a scam!!!!!!!

Seems to be a scam. Until now I didn't hear anything from HP.
It seems that they get away with this.....
Obviously they don't care and never read the forums.
