Hello, My computer, as stated, is the 14-an004la.
I just realize that I got an unrecognized device.
Here is the hardware identifier:
acpi ven_asd&dev_001
acpi asd0001
asd001
I have seen in similar posts that says it is something related to AMD ASD WB64A driver, but I'm not really sure if this one is the one I need to my computer.
I would love any kind of advice!
edit:
more info
ACPI\ASD0001\2&DABA3FF&1

Hi:
That is the driver you need. I have zipped it up and attached it below.
Download and unzip the file I attached to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager and click on the unknown AMD ASD device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.
How do I know it is the right one (Not because I have helped dozens of forum members with this before)?
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver's setup information file which shows driver support for the ID you posted.

Okay, thank you for the fast reply!
Just to be curious ¿do you know why this device is used in win 10 and doesn't have a proper driver for it?
I see the driver you attached is for win 7 and 8 "only", even if it's working for me right now 😛

Anytime.
Glad to have been of assistance.
You can use some W8.1 drivers on W10.
I have even used some XP, Vista and W7 drivers on W10 hardware.
It just depends on whether or not the device will accept the driver.
