First off, We need to isolate the issue to being hardware or software related.
- I would also require more information regarding this to assist you better.
- Please let me know the complete computer model# and operating system used.
- When did it first begin?
- Is it a desktop or notebook computer?
- Did any software application installation or update cause this?
- Have you tried checking by typing with multiple applications like MS word, notepad or online?
If the occurrence is recent you could try a system restore to a good known working date before the issue started from this link assuming that the operating system is either Windows 10 or Windows 8. Link: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03327545
- Please run complete system diagnostics from this link to establish that the hardware is fully functional: http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03467259 (assuming that the operating system is windows 10 or windows 😎
