fan starts spining fast and vibrating even when my pc is not hot... it satrted a while back beforethat ive never faced such problem.....i think its a software issue coz my friend also owns a same notebook as me and he is facing the same problem.//////so suggest me a driver or software which will help me get ridof this

Whereas fan speed can be controlled by software, vibration is entirely a hardware issue -- and is indicative of a failing fan due to the bearings wearing out.  Eventually, the fan will fail completely and your laptop will not longer work. The fan needs to be replaced.
