I have an HP Pavilion dv7-6b78us with Windows 7 home OS on which I access logon using my finger-print.  I seem to have forgotten my administrative password.  How do I reset the admin password?

You can use a password reset utility such as the free application on the following link.

 

http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/
