Product: Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since upgrading to the Windows 10 Anniversary edition (version 1607, OS build 14393.82) any PRINT commands from Microsoft Office Word 2003 using Foxit Phantom PDF as a printer produce documents that are 60% of the normal 8 1/2 x 11 page size. 

Foxit Phantom PDF came as a bundled product when I purchased the HP Pavilion.

If I use a competitors product (ABBYY), I get normal presentation.

Has anyone else seen this problem ?

Is there a solution ?

This problem is solved after Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3176938)
