Hi @rkbaldola,

Thank you for the update. As you have completed all the troubleshooting steps, from my previous post and the issue remains, I would check for hardware failures. You also stated that the notebook is hot on the fan side when it shuts down, so I am including HP Notebook PCs - Reducing Heat Inside the Laptop to Prevent Overheating Step 6 is to test for hardware failures.  Please keep me updated.

I grasp that you have only had your notebook about a month and you have been having issues. It will automatically shut down when watching TV  or when you play NFS 2005 or Counterstrike original, the programs will hang and do an auto shutdown. Have you done all your Windows updates? Have you run the Windows troubleshooter? Have you run the HP Support Assistant  to aid with any HP updates?  As the games are older versions, they may not be supported in Windows 10 but, you could try installing the games in compatibility mode to determine it that helps. Compatibility Mode (from windows10forums.com). Here is another link that may help. HP Notebook PCs - Green Screen and Other Video Playback Issues (Windows 8, 7). When the notebook shuts down does it feel hot?  Please keep me updated.
