i cant see my amd and intel in the display adapter

yesterday i formatted my laptop then when i open it i dont see thd AMD and intel corei5 in the display adapter,

The answer by @visruth is the correct one. I assumed that the pc was 15 ac101nx which does not have dual graphics.

Try :

Uninstall all graphic drivers installed, from device manager

Now download, save and install:
Chipset: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-14-ac100-notebook-pc-series/8499318/mo...

Intel graphics first: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-14-ac100-notebook-pc-series/8499318/mo...

Then AMD switchable graphics again.

only the microsoft display adapter is the display adapter and my intel is in my processor.
