Product: HP 15-ay056ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can not install preloader driver on my Android smartphone (Black View BV6000). Error 10 in device manager. I was tried to install differents driver for Win10 64. Result is identic - error 10 in device manager. However moust users BV6000 was installing these drivers successfully on Win10 64.
In my humble opinion - main reason is USB 3. Switch USB2/USB3 is missing in BIOS of this laptop.
If switching USB2/USB3 would be in BIOS, there is no problem.
Can developers make switching USB2/USB3 is available in BIOS?
