hi, it is impossible to know from support team about it,so I am asking you - Is it possible to buy online from official HP website new original AC adapter(charger) for HP Pavilion 15-e089sr ? model of the adapter - PPP012D-S. If no,what do you advise? because some universal adapters do not suit

I thank you greatly for your super quick response. You don't need any numbers from the AC adapter. When you call phone support or the P store, please give them the complete product#, serial# and model# of the computer and they would assist you with the correct adapter which is compatible with your computer. You could also contact HP part store by visiting this link: http://partrsurfer.hp.com and follow the on-screen instructions.

We recommend only HP certified and HP branded adapters with the right configuration as it is tested by HP and certified to work with HP products.
If you intend to buy a replacement adapter please contact HP phone support in this regard by visiting this link: http://hp.com/contacthp Please select the country and type the model# of the printer. Then follow the on-screen I instructions to reach HP phone support.
You could also visit http://store.hp.com to order a new adapter if you decide to. The phone# is also listed for you to contact HP on this link.
