You need to buy OCR software such as:

 

   http://www.irislink.com/c2-1342-189/Readiris-15-for-Windows---OCR-Software.aspx

 

or try the following free software:

 

   http://free-ocr-to-word.en.softonic.com/
   http://www.free-ocr.com/

 

You can also use MS solution using OneNote:

 

     http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2010-word/how-to-scan-a-document-into-word-20...
