Product: Pavilion 15 n214si

Hi, I do not understand computers at all but work from home so need to fix a problem that cropped up today. I am unable to use my number five and six and hash on top buttons of keyboard and my number six on the right hand keypad. Several of my passwords and login info have these numbers so am desperate to get this fixed. Any step by step instructions for a technophobe would be greatly appreciated!
