HP Recommended

From website Etsy, after purchase, several files are avialable. SVG, DXF, PNG, JPG, ect. The file associated with the Silhouette software is dxf file. This file can be downlaoded and saved to computer, and several things are done from this point under the downloads section. I have to extract the zip file,  I have to select the True or Open Type file, but I am getting an alert  message at some point telling me there is no command line?

Nothing opens and the file/image i purchased through the Etsy site is not stored or sent to the Silhouette Software program like its supposed to? Ive seen another message ask what i would like to view/open this file with? Then gives me the Microsoft Store to browse through?

Could someone please help me figure out what i might be doing wrong? Thank you in advance!
