Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
since i installed windows 10 x86 for my 32 bit system, my hp probook 6470b has developed issues such as non functioning of the brightness control keys. And also videos are not playing so well

Thart is the source of the problem. HP provides Windows 10 drivers, but only 64 bit and I would have installed a 64 bit operating system on the laptop, but that is your call. You are capped at just under 4 gigs of RAM for example.
The 6470b could have Intel or Intel + AMD switchable graphics. Can you give us the hardware ID of the display adapter so we know which driver to provide to you?
