Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Sorry, but if your're talking about getting the mouse drivers from HP, that is not going to work, as HP does not supply drivers for non-HP equipment.

Did you try downloading drivers from the manufacturer of the mouse?

You need to go into Settings, Update & Security --> Windows Update.

Then, choose Advanced Options --> History to see when updates were last applied. If you see any that include device drivers, those could be the problem. So, if you can, you should see if you can rollback the drivers that are causing the problem. You do this by going into Device Manager, seeing if the appropriate device is still listed, and if so, trying to rollback the last driver update.

And if that fixes the problem, then consider disabling future driver updates using the information in the link: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/48277-driver-updates-windows-update-enable-disable-windows-10-a.h...

If the appropriate device adapter no longer shows in Device Manager, what MIGHT work is something known as a Repair-Install. This is the least destructive of all the Windows recovery functions and rewrites the Windows system files, leaving your data, settings, and applications intact.

To do this, you will need to use the link to download Win10 installation media and either burn a DVD or create a USB stick: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install?ocid=ms_wol_win10

Once you have that, follow the instructions in the link: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html

Good Luck
