Product: HP 245 G5 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear HP, My Laptop is HP 245 G5 Notebook PC. It is only three days old. At first time it operated completely fine.on next day somewhat reason it's monitor screen driver is lost it's not detecting the monitor every time i turn on my laptop its completely blank even it's not showing bios screen I use narrator to operate the laptop. but now I'm using my tv screen to run it i used every way to turn on the screen it is still blank. Please Help. It's been only two days since I'm using this laptop.
