Product: hp 635
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After having looked on TV with hdmi connection I have no lcd display and np more hdmi. Only VGA on an old acer al1914 works.

I have updated drivers and BIOS. Hard reset with battery disconnected does not fix problem.

Projector setting does not work and I can not adjust screen brightness with f3 or f4 buttons.

Properties tell drivers work ok. Unisnstalling and reinstalling amd driver does not cure.

 

Please suggest other possible actions before I leave it for repair.
