HP Recommended

I have a HP8440 Elitebook laptop with a VB041UT docking station.  With the laptop lid closed, I can display 2 screens (via DisplayPort and VGA connections).  When I pop open my laptop and its screen becomes active, the display connected to the VGA port disappears.  Bottom line: only can have 2 screen active at once.  It does not support 3 screens.

 

I am running 64-bit Windows 7 Professional.
