Microsoft Windows 11

On first boot the display flashes off whenever I try to move the mouse. When restarted everything is normal. Driver update indicates that I have the latest driver.

Problem was resolved when Intel updated the driver.

To determine if the problem was hardware or software I did 2 things;

1)  Booted into BIOS - display was steady

2)  Booted into the Safe Mode - display was steady

From this I concluded that the problem was software related.

Searches for a new driver got me nowhere.

Driver rollback only found the basic driver which was crippled with lack of features.

This computer is only used occasionally so I cannot say when the change took place but the driver below suddenly showed up and the problem went away.
