Spectre 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP SPectre will not connect dual monitors through dock station.

There are no error messages, save "Display not Detected".  Tech support has been unhelpful.

I purchased another less expensive C dock from HP that didn't work...returned and have now spent a hefty amount on this Thunderbolt, all to no avail. I know that the dock is communicating with the laptop because it will turn it on , the audio works through my headphones, and the extended Key board works-- but not my dual screens.   

I need my dual screens and the end to plugging and unplugging 500 cables! Help!

I believe its the C port on the Spectre. I just unplugged  from the Thunderbolt dock. Now I  have one display monitor working  by plugging into Spectre directly via the left side HDMI portal; no problem. I then used a c port HDMI adapter, plugged directly into the Spectre C port, right side , and nothing.
